The Bergen County Workforce Development Board (Bergen WDB) is a local, business-led Board of Directors dedicated to supporting the workforce and economic development in Bergen County. The Bergen WDB works closely with the County government to find effective and innovative ways to re-employ people through the resources of the public workforce system.
