GBCA subsidiary, CAP Solar, has worked with Community Action Partnership of Oregon (CAPO) and NeighborImpact to bring a leading-edge Community Solar project online for low-income households at 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit and below.

By acquiring significant Opportunity Zone funding through investors who welcome CAPO/NeighborImpact’s low-income/no-credit subscribers, CAP Solar created a unique opportunity for others to take steps to bring solar to their communities.
