Greater Bergen Community Action ("GBCA") is a 501(c)(3) Community Action Agency at 392 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. This policy covers GBCA's websites and the online forms on them.
When you fill out a form on our sites (for example, a program interest or application form), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, and answers to program questions. Our websites also receive standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, connect you with GBCA programs, and administer those programs. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the staff and program partners who need it to serve you, or where required by law or by the government agencies that fund our programs.
