JERSEY CITY, NJ — Officials yesterday marked the grand opening of the fourth and final phase of a 274-unit public-housing complex on the city's West Side.The Gloria Robinson Court Homes, developed by Pennrose Properties partnering with the Jersey City Housing Authority, includes a 10-classroom pre-k center that Mayor Steve Fulop said he hopes will become a model in similar developments in the future."We couldn't be more excited about this project as it truly encompasses what we envision for a mixed income community — with affordable housing for working families as well as an on-site educational center to address the growing student population," Fulop said in a statement.…click here to read more.
