GARFIELD, NJ - As a Garfield stakeholder, we would love to hear your thoughts about how you see the present and future of Garfield's "River to Rail" District around Passaic Street as the City of Garfield and its non-profit community partner Greater Bergen Community Action, Inc. (GBCA) works with the Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) to improve the district. This brief and private survey of your opinions and ideas is one of the ways the Garfield NPP Program is gaining public stakeholder input to guide the creation of its NPP Neighborhood District Implementation Plan and the projects within that plan.
