CHIP provides affordable housing for low and moderate income persons, first-time homebuyers, and individuals with special needs by constructing and renovating residences for multiple dwelling unit rentals and for single family ownership.

CHIP’s accomplishments include:

  • Construction and management of rental housing and home-ownership programs

  • The development of Single-room Occupancy (SRO) residences

  • Management of transitional apartments

Working with outstanding architects and engineers, CHIP enables communities to participate in the creation of designs that are consistent with neighborhood characteristics and the desires of residents.
